Dr. Ben White, DDS
Dr. Ben White brings a unique blend of Southern charm and professional expertise to his practice. A native of Louisiana's Cajun country, he developed a deep appreciation for community and family values, often spending his mornings hunting or fishing and his evenings sharing meals with loved ones. Now located on the Emerald Coast, Dr. White enjoys exploring the region's stunning waterways through sailing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. He shares his life with his college sweetheart, their two children, and Daisy, their beloved boxer adopted from a local Pensacola shelter.
Dr. White earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, after completing undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Biology at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. A dedicated professional, he is a Fellow of the International Dental Implant Association, where he hones his skills in dental implantology and bone grafting. Dr. White is also an active member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, equipping him with advanced training in Botox and filler applications. His commitment to staying at the forefront of his field ensures that patients receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs.

Shelly
Office Manager
Shelly is our amazing office manager. If you have been into our office, you have more than likely been greeted by her welcoming smile. She ensures that every patient feels comfortable and cared for at our office. You can find her making sure that our office is running smoothly and helping patients. Shelly has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She has her Bachelor’s in Dental hygiene. She has worked as both a hygienist and an assistant before becoming our office manager. Shelly loves spending time with her two kids, two grandkids, and fur baby Meli!
Jazmine
Dental Assistant
Jazmin is our lead assistant and go-to girl. With her knowledge and experience, she will surely put a smile on your face and make your appointments feel like a breeze. Jazmin has exceptional expertise in dentures and partials. She will be sure to make you feel comfortable with all of your dental needs. There aren’t many questions about dentistry that you would ask her, and she wouldn’t know. Jazmin loves spending time with her family and taking spontaneous trips!
Brianna
Dental Assistant
Brianna is one of the amazing assistants at our office. Her shining personality will make you feel welcome as you walk through the door. Her compassion and patient care will make you feel comfortable and a part of our family. She is a true team player and is always willing to lend a hand around the office. Brianna is a dog mom to her sweet golden retriever Baily. Brianna loves spending time on the water with her family and going shopping!

Allison
Hygienist
Allison is our wonderful hygienist. She is originally from Georgia but moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University. She has been working as a hygienist for the past ten years. She loves spending time and building relationships with her patients. After college Allison worked for the Army as a hygenist. She joined our team in August of 2024 when she moved to Pensacola. She lives a very active lifestyle and loves going to the gym! Allison has a four-legged fur baby named Cleo that she spends a lot of time with when she is not at work!
Nicole
Receptionist
Nicole is the newest member of our White Smiles Family. She is our amazing scheduling coordinator. She is your go-to girl for all of your scheduling needs. She works to communicate with patients in person, by phone, and by email to provide the best care for our patients. She obtained her RDA in 2004 and has worked in the dental field for the past 20 years. Nicole moved to Pensacola this past year with her son and daughter from California. We are so happy to have Nicole as a part of our team!
